Think & Lose is an interesting product. It includes DVDs, CDs, and a website that apparently offers you all sorts of tips, “inspiring postings”, and “special offers” with a weight loss forum that will help you to keep making your weight loss goals and otherwise.
It’s all warm and fuzzy right? Anyway, they claim that you can get tips on being successful and all of that good stuff if you know where to look.
This is not exactly a formula. It’s not a diet pill, and frankly many are turning away from diet pills understandably enough.
After all, who wants to suffer side effects often associated with high levels of caffeine or other ingredients that sometimes don’t promote weight loss at all!
And while the old fashioned way is harder, well some of us are okay with that.
They don’t exactly provide a diet and exercise program or the “old fashioned way” as I like to put it. They don’t have a diet pill. But their main mechanism of action: hypnosis.
- It’s more of a parlor trick than anything else. As far as science goes, they would suggest it is nothing more than quackery. This being said, the studies pretty much confirm that thought, at least when it comes to weight loss or rather the lack thereof.
There are no studies which suggest that hypnosis would promote weight loss.
Any time you see a “free trial offer” or a “risk free trial” it should set off your lights blaring.
In short, it means that you are going to get ripped off, you are going to be overcharged, and there will be recurring charges. In this case, you have to read the fine print to find out about the diet pill they send you over and over again unless you call in to cancel. They definitely overcharge you for the videos and so on in the first place.
You can’t even really get a concrete price. It’s $39.99 for the package. But then you pay $13 shipping, $7 for this, $4 for that, it’s a bit ridiculous. So in short, find something else.
