Metabolean is based on the premise that you can “lose body fat without dieting.” They claim that it will increase energy, reduce cravings, reduce water retention, suppress appetite, increase stamina, maintain body weight, and improve your overall health. And apparently they have different formulas for men versus women. So it makes you wonder, is this the formula that will finally and truly work for everybody, male or female, young or old for that matter?

Pros

They have some proven natural ingredients such as green tea, caffeine anhydrous, and black pepper otherwise known as bioperine. These could potentially help you to lose more weight, burn more fat, and otherwise achieve the easier results you are looking for, that is if they are used in the right amounts.

There is no way to lose weight and especially not fat without dieting and exercising. This is an irresponsible ploy, and frankly the ingredients they do have are pretty much all based on caffeine, which can cause side effects galore.

The other ingredients in large part have no affect on weight loss and those like rhodiola rosea are nothing more than window dressing. They are by no means specific to the sexes. The formulas for men and women seem virtually identical at this point in time.

Conclusion

  • We would not recommend using Metabolean.

It does not produce the results you are looking for, and it doesn’t help you to lose more weight. You would be better off with diet and exercise alone. You certainly wouldn’t suffer the side effects associated with Metabolean. But all in all, you would actually get greater results.
